About
Luhansk Oblast is the easternmost oblast (province) of Ukraine. Its administrative centre is Luhansk. The oblast was established in 1938 and bore the name Voroshilovgrad Oblast (until 1958 and again 1970 to 1990) in honour of Kliment Voroshilov. Its population is estimated as 2,135,913 (2020 est.)
Red zone
Outbreak. More than 320 infected per 100,000 of the population for 14 days. Bed occupancy is over 75% during, excluding child and maternity wards.
It is prohibited :
the work of catering establishments, except for targeted delivery and take-away orders;
work of educational institutions in which less than 100% of employees are fully vaccinated;
operation of shopping and entertainment centres and other entertainment establishments, cinemas, theatres, and the like;
the work of educational institutions, except for kindergartens and primary schools;
operation of non-food markets and shops, gyms, swimming pools and fitness centres,
holding mass events;
work of cultural institutions.
These restrictions will not apply if 100% of employees (organizers) and visitors (participants) of these institutions (events) are fully immunized and have a green COVID certificate, a negative PCR test or a rapid antigen test ( valid 72 hours) or a certificate of recovery.
